The rumors weren’t true. Kiptyn will NOT be the new Bachelor, instead the honor goes to Jake Pavelka, the pilot from Jillian’s season of the Bachelorette. Just in case you forgot, here’s the guy:

I have to admit… Kiptyn seems to be the winner… He gets 30 hot girls… Ed? Well, he gets Jillian. I don’t know about you, but I’ll take my chances with the ABC’s talent scouts lol
